Project summary
The internationalisation project is characterised by the inclusion of a set of actions to be taken and by the acquisition of a set of resources to increase the company’s market exposure. As a result of the internationalisation project, the company expects to increase sales in foreign markets by 7% and capture 8 new foreign markets.
The internationalisation actions contained in the project help increase the visibility of the company and its products in international markets and strengthen its presence in the markets in general and with customers in particular, with innovative and effective services and with the use of ICT. The project strengthens qualified human resources and trains existing human resources, with the means to achieve greater product value and differentiation, particularly the creation and international registration of trademarks, and specific certification for two markets. With this internationalisation plan, the company will consolidate the internationalisation process in existing markets and capture new markets and will ensure the growth in turnover to achieve sustainable profitability.
There are also plans for training in Spanish to improve communication with the company’s most important foreign market.

Project summary
The project provides the reinforcement of laboratory skills aiming to qualify the company for development and engineering of products which bring a competitive advantage within the context of domestic and foreign competition. The acquisition of new specialized design services and technical services for industrialization, applied to the development of new models, is essential for the marketing strategy associated with the progress of the activity for leadership in Europe and significant notoriety globally.
The project also provides for the hiring of a highly specialized technician to support production, planning, control and quality. The waste treatment perspective is another component of the project that contributes to the ecological sustainability thereof.
These investments allow for reinforcing the standards of quality of the offer, improving the internal efficiency, ensuring a highly innovative offer and, as such, it is highly differentiated and contributes to the overall sustainability of the Mario F. Rino, Lda. industrial project.

With this investment project, the company intends to reinforce its position with the countries to which it currently exports and to diversify its target markets, in a scenario of consolidation of its growth and positioning in foreign markets.
Underlying this project is the diversification of sales modes and the strengthening of its presence in international markets, enabling the company to internationalize with new media, new human resources, enhancing e-commerce.
The internationalization plan is a consistent and robust response in the company’s current life cycle that will strengthen identified critical areas with the support of new technologies and innovative approaches that will deliver a higher level of satisfaction to its target audiences.
